Event Garden Reservations for September/October

Instructions and info! PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING!

What to Do: Pick a Date that is available!  We DO NOT HOST our regular birthday parties or picnics in October, but WE DO reserve space for groups in our brand new event garden!

You can add-on tokens (to be spent like money on the farm for food/drink/products your guests), corn maze tickets (only in Sept/Oct), unlimited activity bracelets (Only available Sept 24-Oct 31 from 9am to 6pm), and pumpkin vouchers (available Sept 24-Oct 31). 

When you arrive on the farm, please come to the ticket booth to get your packet of add-ons and to be shown to your reserved area! If the slot you would like is unavailable, that means it’s either already-booked or no more space is available that day!

  • 4 picnic tables in our new Event Garden Area. Most tables have protection from the elements. 
  • 15 ($5 value) pumpkin vouchers – When it’s not pumpkin season- Winter and Summer parties would include a produce item (same value or u-pick, if applicable)
  • Time Slots Available (Choose from a 3-hour time slot ): October OPTIONS ARE: 9am to 12pm or 12pm to 3pm or 3pm to 6pm or (6pm to 9pm – this late slot only available on Fri/Sat nights in October)– Time slots are strictly enforced and must be scheduled in advance. It is $150 ADDITONAL if you go over your allotted time unless we specify there are no other parties after yours. This time includes set-up and clean-up.
  • Please NOTE: We cannot book until we receive payment for your event.

RULES: ** NO OUTSIDE FOOD or DRINKS ALLOWED. You can bring decorations, cake, ice cream, and balloons (clean up decorations on the way out and please recycle – we only include one garbage can full of garbage with your party – any extra garage or recycle must go home with you).  Food/drink/alcoholic beverages (beer & wine)  and activities also available for purchase at the farm. Tokens must be purchased in advance if you would like to purchase a large quantity as we have to prepare them for your group. FARM OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES ARE CASH ONLY IN OCTOBER. 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT THE FARM: Please check-in at the ticket booth or farm store when you arrive, and we will give you instructions for your event space and how to redeem any tickets or tokens purchased!

NOW IT’S TIME TO BOOK YOUR PARTY!

Birthday Parties Event Rental Includes: NOT AVAILABLE IN OCTOBER

Mid June through September 30 ($150 for basic party)

  • 3 picnic tables by the Farm Store and Bella’s Courtyard (not by the farmhouse).
  • Private cow train around the farm.
  • 15 Kids at the birthday party can pick a pint of what is in the season for U-Pick (Berry season is over by Mid-August through Mid-September so at those parties we will have veggies for picking rather than berries or pumpkins).
  • **Option to Add Fresh Fruit Platter for $30, a Fresh Veggie Platter for $30, or BOTH for $60. – MUST NOTIFY US IN ADVANCE if you would like to add fruit and/or veggie platters, we will have them ready when you arrive.
  • Time Slots Available(Choose from a 3-hour time slot ): OPTIONS ARE: 10am to 1 pm OR 2 pm to 5pm – Time slots are strictly enforced and must be scheduled in advance. It is $150 per hour if you go over your allotted time unless we there is no party after you and we have approved longer time frame. This time includes set-up and clean-up.
  • Please NOTE: We cannot book until we receive payment for your event.
  • Extra kids are $10 each

Please check-in at the farm when you arrive, and we will give you your pints for picking, instructions for picking, and show you your party location and schedule your cow train ride. All guests and hosts must park by the farm store in the parking lot. Thank you!


Picnic Rental Includes: NOT AVAILABLE IN OCTOBER

Available Mid-June to End of September

  • $150 for Basic Picnic
  • 3 Picnic tables
  • Choose from a Private Cow train around the farm (great for kids) OR (only an option for if 21 and over) 6 Wine OR Cider Tastings
  • One Fresh Fruit Platter & One Veggie Platter (For up to 15 People) OR choose from 2 of our Charcuterie Boards to share! (Charcuterie board options are either Meat & Cheese Board or Vegetarian & Cheese Board).
  • Any U-pick is paid for at market rate in the store and you can use our buckets for picking or bring your own from home – picking is NOT included in the price for the picnic.
  • Time Slots Available (Choose from a 3 hour time slot ): 10am to 1pm OR 2pm to 5pm; IF THE TIME SLOT YOU WOULD LIKE IS UNAVAILABLE THAT MEANS WE ARE FULLY BOOKED AT THAT TIME. Please go ahead and select another slot.
